Representatives of the of apparatus of the Commission for holding Elections and referendums in Turkmenistan were participated as an international observer from Turkmenistan to the republican referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 5, 2022, in the structure of international observers mission from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
During the business trip, representatives of the Central Election Commission got acquainted with the work of the electoral system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legislation on referendums, and the conduct of voting in polling stations. Also, they attended at the meeting of the chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Abdirov with international observers on June 4, 2022, on June 5, 2022, the meeting of the chairman of the Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States, first deputy of Executive secretary L. Anfimov with the heads of the delegations of the CIS members states, a briefing chaired by N. Abdirov on June 6, 2022, then in a press conference chaired by L. Anfimov.
