Sanitation – disease preventive measures will be taken in the polling stations

Ensuring voters protection from infectious diseases is one of the key tasks ahead on election day at polling stations. 

 For this purpose, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health and medical industry of Turkmenistan "To providing the medical and sanitation – disease preventive measures on high level on Presidential elections on March 12, 2022" the rules of procedure for the prevention of infectious diseases have been set in the polling stations. 

 The procedures adopted by the emergency team fighting the spread of the disease of Turkmenistan and provided that the rules of public hygiene are complied with, organization of decontamination and other medical services to be carried out at polling stations, ensuring adequate health care for the electorate responsible agencies and officials have been identified.
