Listeners of the Academy of Civil Service in the Central Election Commission

In order to consolidate the listeners' knowledge on the specialty “Improving the qualifications of employees of local executive bodies and local self-government bodies” of the Academy of the State Service under the President of Turkmenistan, in practice, on October 19 this year they visited the building of the apparatus of the Central Commission for holding Elections and Referendums in Turkmenistan. Specialists of the apparatus of the Central Election Commission gave a detailed idea of ​​what the Central Election Commission is doing, about the duties of election commissions, about the structure, electoral system and international experience.

It should be noted that among the listeners who are raising the qualifications from the velayats of the country and the city of Ashgabat, there are people working in various positions of local executive bodies and local self-government bodies. In the course of improving their qualifications, the listeners received detailed answers to their questions concerning the electoral system and electoral legislation.
